About the Event

Where the financial return of investing in one's Main Street might actually beat the returns of Wall Street, today's investors are reconsidering strategies and deployment. Higher inflation and interest rates today have made for new challenges and opportunities, and small business investment is emerging as a stronger asset class to consider. Join Dave Silverstein of Ned, a FinTech platform that's changing the way investors assess risk when evaluating investment opportunities. He'll be walking through ways local investors can reconsider deploying dollars close to home for a solid return.

This will be a smaller intimate discussion for only RAIN members and is a great chance to bring all your questions and have an open and honest conversation about your investment concerns. It will be hosted in person at our offices at FORGE at Roy Place, 44 N Stone Ave in partnership with Community Investment Corporation. Light lunch, snacks and coffee will be included.

Community Investment Corporations acknowledges the sovereignty of Native Nations and acknowledges the twenty two federally recognized Indigenous tribes of the state of Arizona and those who inhabit Pima County. We honor the tribal nations who have served as caretakers of this land from time immemorial and respectfully acknowledge the ancestral homelands of the Tohono O’odham Nation and the multi-millennial presence of the Pascua Yaqui tribe within Pima County. CIC strives to disrupt systems that perpetuate oppression and create a better life for residents of Southern Arizona.
